99 Regent Street (formerly Cuckoo Club) is the Mayfair club at 99 Regent Street, London W1B 4EZ, with its entrance on Swallow Street, the old Cuckoo Club door. There has been a club at this address since 1954, and it was the Cuckoo Club for the best part of two decades; in October 2026 the Cuckoo founders reopened the same floor with a new concept. It has two floors of around 200 each: open-format hip hop and RnB upstairs in the main room, where most tables sit, and house downstairs, darker and more dance-focused. Inside are dark panelling, warm low lighting, banquette seating, a long bar and a staircase between the floors. Both floors run on Friday and Saturday; one floor opens on Wednesday and Thursday. The door is 19+ with physical photo ID, a year older than most London clubs.

For a 99 Regent Street table reservation, minimum spends start from £600 as of October 2026. The minimum is spent on drinks rather than paid as a fee on top, it covers entry for your whole group, and it rises with the night, your group size and the table's position.
